It serves three-phase AC 50/60Hz systems at 380V (400V) and 660V, with rated current up to 4000A on horizontal busbars and 1000A on vertical busbars (MCC).

The cabinet framework uses 8MF structural steel in assembled and partially welded configurations with 20mm installation hole pitch throughout. The enclosure is divided into functional unit compartments, busbar compartment, and cable compartment — each functionally independent. Drawer layer height modulus is 160mm, available in five unit sizes: 1/2, 1, 1+1/2, 2, and 3 units, each rated up to 400A. The GCK uses E=20mm modulus plastic-formed components throughout, with all metal structural parts treated by zinc spraying or powder coating for corrosion resistance. The single-panel partition between adjacent functional units minimizes overall cabinet dimensions while maintaining full electrical isolation between circuits. The anti-withdrawal mechanism — releasing only approximately 1/2 turn before the drawer can be fully extracted — ensures the circuit is de-energized before the drawer clears the cabinet, preventing accidental live withdrawal.

MNS Type Low-Voltage Drawout Complete Switchgear

The MNS is GangHeng's internationally standardized drawout low voltage switchgear, manufactured as modular factory-assembled units compliant with IEC 60439 (EC439), VDE 0660 Part 5, GB 7251, and JB/T 9661. It is suitable for AC 50~60Hz systems at rated working voltages up to 660V, serving power generation, transmission, distribution, energy conversion, and motor control applications.

The MNS framework is assembled from C-profile steel sections, all fully zinc-locked and passivated. Side panels and doors are electrostatically powder-coated. Each cabinet is divided into three fixed compartments: main busbar compartment (rear), functional unit compartment (front), and cable compartment. This three-compartment structure completely separates the busbar, functional equipment, and cable terminations from each other, preventing fault propagation between zones.

The MNS is available in two configurations: Power Center (PC) single-face or double-face operation cabinets, and Motor Control Center (MCC) single-face or double-face operation cabinets. Horizontal busbar rated current: 630A to 4000A. Vertical busbar: 1000A. Rated short-time withstand (horizontal busbar): 50~80kA / 105~176kA peak. Vertical busbar: 50kA / 150kA peak. The GHD (XM/JX) Power Distribution Box is GangHeng's compact distribution enclosure for industrial and civil building applications on AC 50Hz, 220/380V systems. It functions as a branch distribution point for lighting circuits, small power circuits, and low-current feeder circuits, and provides overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection for downstream loads rated at 63A and below.

The cabinet body is formed from engineering plastic or steel plate with a transparent engineering plastic cover as standard. Available in two mounting configurations: surface-mounted (suspended) and flush-mounted (embedded). Internal switching is primarily by DZ47-series circuit breakers rated 63A and below.
