Fixed-type switchgear (GGD) has permanently mounted primary apparatus — all circuit breakers, busbars, and outgoing devices are wired directly into the cabinet structure. Maintenance requires the affected circuit to be fully de-energized and isolated. Drawout-type switchgear (GCS, GCK, MNS) mounts each functional unit on a withdrawable chassis that can be moved to a test or isolated position — or fully removed — without de-energizing adjacent circuits in the same lineup. Drawout switchgear costs more but delivers significantly lower maintenance-related downtime in continuous-process industrial facilities.

All three are drawout low voltage switchgear types but differ in structural standard and application emphasis. The GCS is designed for high-automation environments requiring computer interface capability, with up to 32 auxiliary contact pairs per drawer. The GCK is the standard PC/MCC drawout cabinet for motor control applications in general industry. The MNS is manufactured to the internationally harmonized IEC 60439 standard as well as Chinese national standards, making it the preferred choice for projects requiring documented IEC compliance — including international projects and joint-venture facilities using European engineering standards.

GangHeng low voltage switchgear covers rated working voltages of 380V and 660V AC. Rated current range extends from 63A (GHD distribution boxes) to 4000A (GCS and MNS horizontal busbars). Short-circuit withstand ratings range from 15kA (XL Series) to 80kA/1s (GCS/MNS at highest rating). This range covers virtually all industrial and commercial 0.4kV distribution applications.

GGD complies with GB 7251 and JB/T 5877. GCS and GCK comply with GB 7251 and JB/T 9661. MNS complies with IEC 60439, VDE 0660 Part 5, GB 7251, and JB/T 9661. XL Series complies with GB 7251. GGD2 and GCK series hold CCC type test certification. All products are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management system.

Yes. GangHeng accepts OEM orders based on customer-supplied single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, circuit schedules, or project specifications. Custom incoming circuit arrangements, feeder quantities and ratings, protection relay types, metering configurations, and busbar ratings are all accommodatable. Our engineering team reviews customer documentation, confirms compliance and feasibility, and produces a detailed equipment list and layout drawing for approval before production.

All GangHeng switchgear is brand new and unused. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of acceptance. For latent defects discovered after the warranty period, GangHeng retains responsibility for up to 5 years post-warranty. On-site technical support and spare parts supply are available throughout the warranty period and beyond.

Lead times depend on order value and configuration complexity. For contracts up to RMB 2 million, GangHeng targets delivery within 30 days from order confirmation. For contracts up to RMB 5 million, approximately 45 days; up to RMB 10 million, approximately 60 days. Factory acceptance testing (FAT) can be arranged prior to dispatch for large or complex orders.

GangHeng manufactures high voltage switchgear (12kV and 40.5kV, KYN28A-12, KYN61-40.5, XGN17-40.5, and related series) and low voltage switchgear (GGD, GCS, GCK, MNS, XL, GHD) within the same facility under the same ISO 9001 quality management system.
