Pad Mounted Substation

The Pad Mounted Substation is the first generation of domestically produced American-style box-type substations launched by our company. As an important power supply unit in cable-based distribution grids, it integrates high-voltage control and protection, transformer, and distribution equipment into one unit, and is widely used in urban and rural distribution grids. The package transformer substation integrates high-voltage load switches and high-voltage fuses into the transformer oil tank, sharing the same tank with the transformer core. The oil tank features a fully sealed structure and is equipped with oil temperature gauges, oil level gauges, pressure gauges, pressure relief valves, and oil drain valves to comprehensively monitor the transformer's operational status. It uses plug-in dry-type fuses, where the disconnection of the fuse does not affect the performance of the transformer oil. Depending on the complexity of low-voltage feeder requirements, the product is available in three housing types: standard, reinforced, and comprehensive, providing users and design units with greater flexibility and cost-effectiveness during selection. It is widely applied in urban and rural distribution grids to meet diverse power supply needs in various scenarios.

• ‌Compact Size, Minimal Footprint‌: The package transformer substation features a compact design, with a volume that is only 1/3 to 1/5 of that of domestically produced European-style box transformers of the same capacity, significantly reducing the required footprint.
• ‌Fully Sealed, Insulated Protection‌: Utilising a fully sealed and insulated structure, no additional insulation clearance is required, effectively ensuring personal safety.
• ‌Flexible high-voltage connections: High-voltage connections can be used for ring networks or terminals, and metering devices can be added, offering flexible and reliable power supply options.
• ‌Superior transformer performance: Features low loss, low noise, and low temperature rise; strong overload capacity, and high resistance to short circuits and impacts.
• ‌Meets low-voltage feeder requirements: Can be selected based on the design scheme or customised to meet various low-voltage feeder requirements; protection rating is IP33.

a) Transformer information: The model and capacity of the transformer must be provided, as this is the basic information required for placing an order.

 

‌b) Wiring diagram: The main wiring diagrams for the high-voltage and low-voltage circuits must be submitted to enable the manufacturer to understand the circuit layout.

‌c) Circuit component requirements: If there are any special requirements for circuit components, their models and parameters must be provided to ensure equipment performance.

 

‌d) Enclosure Colour: If no special requirements are specified, the enclosure colour will be determined by the manufacturer; if requirements exist, they must be clearly stated.

‌e) Spare Parts Information: Please list the names, quantities, and other relevant requirements for spare parts and components to prepare for unforeseen circumstances.
