Zhejiang GangHeng Electric Company Limited's production base is located in Sidu Town, Zhejiang Province, a crossroads connecting Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangxi, and Anhui provinces. Located in Jiangshan City, Zhejiang Province, it is traversed by National Highway 205 and the Zhejiang-Jiangxi Railway. Less than 3 kilometers from the Quzhou South Exit of the G3 Beijing-Taipei Expressway and less than 7 kilometers from Jiangshan Railway Station, it offers convenient transportation. The company possesses relevant certifications for the production of switchgear and transformers and possesses a variety of production and testing equipment.

Zhejiang GangHeng Electric Company Limited founded in 2004, specializes in the research and development, production, marketing, and application technology consulting of high- and low-voltage electrical equipment (switchgear) and transformers. It is a National High-Tech Enterprise, and its products have been selected for inclusion on the State Grid e-commerce platform. Adhering to the development policy of "developing the enterprise through science and technology, and establishing a brand through quality," the company relentlessly pursues the goal of "optimal performance, the most comprehensive product range, the lowest prices, the best service, and the highest reputation," truly prioritizing its customers. We bear full responsibility for all matters related to goods, equipment, technical interfaces, and technical services under the contract-this includes our subcontractors and outsourcers. If our suppliers need to provide on-site technical support or work, we will organize this (with your consent) and cover the costs as agreed.

If you follow our technical guidance and incur losses due to errors in that guidance, we take full responsibility for those losses. Your trust in our expertise is protected.

We provide necessary interfaces and technical support for any other equipment that connects to your contracted GangHeng equipment. No need to worry about compatibility hurdles.

9.No Unfair Restrictions on Purchasers

We never impose any restrictions on you (the purchaser) for any reason. Your flexibility and autonomy are respected.

 

10.Brand-New, High-Performance Equipment Guarantee

All equipment we supply is brand-new, unused, and built with advanced technology. It fully meets the quality, specification, and performance requirements outlined in the contract. With proper installation, operation, and maintenance, we guarantee smooth operation throughout the equipment's lifespan. During the warranty period, we take responsibility for defects or malfunctions caused by manufacturing or material issues.

 

11.24/7 On-Site Support & Spare Parts Access
Our dedicated engineers and maintenance staff are available for on-site repairs and inspections at any time. The free warranty period is 12 months after acceptance-if national or manufacturer regulations require a longer period, those rules apply. After the warranty, we still provide repairs and spare parts at prices no higher than market rates or our bid commitments (specific prices to be negotiated). We never refuse repairs or replacement products for any reason; otherwise, you have the right to claim compensation.

 

12.Extended Protection for Latent Defects

After the warranty period ends (and you return the warranty deposit), we still take full responsibility for accidents or issues caused by latent defects (hidden issues that cannot be detected under normal conditions during the warranty period). This extended protection lasts for 5 years after the warranty expires (or as specified in the contract's technical specifications).

We stand firmly behind every promise we make. If we fail to meet our bid commitments, we will take full responsibility for breach of contract-because your trust is our top priority.

• Shangrao Qianshan Jizhi Company commissioned Zhejiang Gangheng Electric Co., Ltd. to customize a batch of KYN28-12 type high-voltage switchgear, which has now passed the acceptance inspection.

• Since Zhejiang Wangpai Home Furnishings Co., Ltd. relocated to its new factory in 2015, we have been honoured to be their partner. Over the past decade, they have consistently chosen our Fixed Mounted Switchgear products, which not only affirms the quality of our products but also recognises the level of our service. During this period, we have established a stable and reliable supply chain relationship with them.

• The KYN61-40.5 armored withdrawable equipment has passed the 72-hour continuous live test, with key indicators exceeding the contract requirements and stable on-site operation data. The Chinese team remotely resolved installation issues using "3D animations + Swahili annotations" and also upgraded the protection module in a targeted manner, gaining customer recognition. The project took only 5 days from unpacking to power-on (faster than the industry average). The customer's CEO personally recorded a video, with the cheers of local employees audible in the background.
