Structure of S11-M Oil Immersed Power Transformer
Core
Uses high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, with 45° four-level fully oblique joints, no punching, and the core column is cured with polyurethane varnish. The seamless core significantly reduces no-load loss and no-load current, lowering the no-load current by 60%~80%.
Windings
High and low voltage coils are continuously wound on the core column, resulting in compact windings with good concentricity. The coils use oxygen-free copper wire, and the low-voltage coil has a foil winding structure, improving its resistance to sudden short circuits. Increased effective support at the winding end faces further enhances the winding's short-circuit resistance.
Tank
Utilizes a corrugated tank design. The corrugated sheets have a breathing function, expanding and contracting with the transformer oil volume, replacing the traditional oil conservator structure. The corrugated tank isolates the transformer oil from the external environment, preventing and slowing oil deterioration and insulation moisture absorption, enhancing operational reliability, and achieving maintenance-free operation.

Safety Precautions and Emergency Measures
Personnel Operation Safety
During inspections or operations, insulated shoes and safety helmets must be worn. A safe distance (≥0.7 meters for 10kV) must be maintained when approaching live parts (such as conduit wiring). Climbing oil tanks or oil conservatories is prohibited. When taking oil samples, a dedicated sampling bottle must be used. Static electricity must be discharged before operation to avoid sparks generated by metal tool collisions.
Electric Shock Treatment
If someone comes into contact with a live conductor, immediately disconnect the power supply. Use an insulated rod to pry the wire away. Do not attempt rescue with bare hands. After the injured person is removed from the power source, follow the emergency medical procedures for electric shock.
