High Voltage Switchgear

A: Armored drawout switchgear features a withdrawable circuit breaker truck that can be moved between working, testing, and isolated positions without de-energizing the busbar. This allows safe maintenance of individual bays while the rest of the lineup remains in service. Fixed-type switchgear has permanently mounted primary apparatus and requires full panel isolation for maintenance, making it simpler and more cost-effective for applications where extended outages are acceptable.

A: GangHeng manufactures switchgear for 12kV (10kV system), 40.5kV (35kV system), and higher voltage classes. Our product range spans from 10kV indoor distribution switchgear to 40.5kV armored drawout equipment, covering the full range of medium voltage power distribution requirements.

A: Standard production follows Chinese national standards GB 3906, GB/T 11022, and DL/T 404, which are technically harmonized with IEC 60298 and IEC 62271. For export projects, we can manufacture to ANSI/IEEE (North American), BS (British), or other international standards based on customer specification.

A: Yes. GangHeng has strong non-standard product acceptance capability. We can customize primary circuit schemes, cabinet dimensions, busbar ratings, relay and protection panel configurations, and surface treatment specifications. OEM and ODM services are both accepted. Our engineering team will work from your single-line diagram to produce a fully customized switchgear lineup.

A: There is no minimum order quantity. We accept orders starting from a single cabinet. Whether you need one replacement unit or a complete switchgear lineup for a new substation, our production schedule can accommodate your requirement.

A: Lead times depend on order value and complexity. For contracts up to 300,000 USD, we target a 30-day delivery from order confirmation. For contracts up to 700,000 USD,, the lead time is approximately 45 days; up to 1,500,000 USD, approximately 60 days. Expedited schedules can be discussed for urgent project requirements.

A: Our 12kV series (KYN28A-12) is compatible with ZN63A-12 and ZN28-12 series vacuum circuit breakers with CD10/CD17A electromagnetic or CT19B spring operating mechanisms. The 40.5kV KYN61-40.5 accommodates ZN85-40.5 domestic vacuum breakers, Schneider SF series SF₆ breakers, and Alstom FP series SF₆ breakers, giving project teams flexibility in equipment sourcing.

A: All equipment is brand new and unused. We provide 12 months of free warranty service from the date of acceptance. For latent defects discovered after the warranty period, GangHeng retains responsibility for up to 5 years post-warranty. During the warranty period and beyond, 24/7 on-site technical support is available, and spare parts are supplied at no more than prevailing market prices.

A: Standard documentation includes technical manuals, primary circuit scheme drawings, installation and commissioning guides, factory test reports, and certification copies. For export orders, we can provide customs documentation, packing lists, and certificates of origin. Third-party inspection and witnessed factory acceptance testing (FAT) can be arranged upon request.
