Product Overview
The ZGS(YB)□-12 pad mounted utility transformer is a factory-assembled power supply unit for the distribution network. It puts the high-voltage control and protection circuit, the transformer and the low-voltage distribution equipment in one outdoor enclosure, so a utility or contractor receives one finished unit.

Zhejiang Gangheng Electric Company Limited, founded in 2004, builds this pad-mounted utility transformer in Jiangshan, Zhejiang, on CNC punching, CNC bending, laser cutting and copper busbar bending equipment, with its own testing equipment.

Connection and maintenance features:
- The fully sealed, fully insulated design is intended to protect personnel.
- A bayonet-type (plug-in) fuse and elbow cable connector are used. Replacing the fuse does not affect the transformer body.

Customization and Ordering
Three enclosure forms are available: standard, reinforced and composite. The LV side can follow a standard scheme or be designed to your requirement.
With transformer capacity and drawings, we design a matching configuration.
Without parameters, tell us the site, the load of the equipment and the function you need. Our engineers propose a configuration.
Pricing: In most cases a customized configuration costs the same as the standard one. Depending on the configuration, the enclosure width may be increased.
No minimum order quantity. One unit is accepted.
To order, provide: (1) transformer model and capacity; (2) HV and LV main circuit diagrams; (3) models and specifications of special components; (4) enclosure color (the manufacturer decides if none is specified); (5) names and quantities of spare parts.
