Introduction
A 1000 kVA compact substation puts the HV switching, a 1000 kVA transformer and the LV distribution panel into a single factory-wired unit. On site, only the foundation and the cable connections remain. It takes 6–10 kV in and delivers 0.4 kV, so it suits medium-sized loads such as a production hall, a mine or a residential block.
Of the 14 capacities in the YB□-12 series (50–1600 kVA), 1000 kVA is the point where the low-voltage ratings stop being fixed values and are set from your actual short-circuit current, so a little system data from you makes the scheme more accurate. The unit belongs to Gangheng's Transformer Substation line.
It is built at our Jiangshan base in Zhejiang (5,000–20,000 m²), where CNC punching, bending, laser cutting and copper busbar bending machines are used and every product is inspected in-house.

Choosing Your Configuration
Four decisions shape a 1000 kVA unit:
Grid role: ring-main (looped into the network) or terminal (end of a feeder).
Layout: "目" puts HV room, transformer room and LV room in one row; "品" stacks the HV and LV rooms beside the transformer to shorten the footprint.
Transformer: oil-immersed (fully sealed) for the lower noise figure, or dry-type.
HV load switch: compressed-air, vacuum or SF6, with an SF6-free option.
The HV and LV single-line schemes are selected from our standard set, and the exterior color is set at order.
Custom Builds
Send the transformer capacity and site drawings, and we design to them. If you only know the site, the equipment load and the result you need, our engineers will propose the scheme. Pricing usually matches the standard unit; the housing may need to be wider. There is no minimum quantity.

Single units are accepted. Lead time follows order value: about 30 days at USD 300,000, 45 days at USD 700,000, 60 days at USD 1,500,000. Equipment is new and unused. Warranty runs 12 months from acceptance, followed by 5 years of hidden-defect protection, with 24/7 on-site support and spare parts at or below market price.
