The 10 kV switchgear incorporates the advantages of similar products from both domestic and international markets. It integrates 10 kV switchgear cabinets, circuit breakers, load switches, current and voltage transformers, 10 kV power supply PTs, interlocking FTUs, RTUs, communication control terminals (CCUs), 10 kV metering and automatic meter reading systems, UPS power supplies, and indicator instruments into a movable, sealed, moisture-proof enclosure made of aluminium-zinc-coated steel or stainless steel. This achieves integration of primary and secondary systems in urban distribution grids and modularisation of assembly, thereby shortening construction cycles and significantly enhancing the reliability of urban grid operations.

1. The enclosure is made of aluminium-zinc-coated steel plates, stainless steel plates with a powder-coated finish, or cold-rolled steel plates, with a thickness of no less than 2 mm, providing excellent corrosion resistance; it is compact in size, occupies minimal floor space, does not obstruct visibility, is lightweight, and has an aesthetically pleasing design, with a service life of over 30 years.

2. The enclosure surface has no exposed fasteners for disassembly and features a special door lock mechanism, ensuring good theft resistance; It is designed for outdoor use with excellent waterproof performance.

3. The enclosure top cover is a double-layer structure with an air gap, and it is equipped with ventilation openings. The air intake is located at the bottom of the enclosure, and the exhaust outlet is at the top, hidden beneath the eaves, creating natural airflow from bottom to top. This design ensures excellent thermal insulation and ventilation performance.

4. When the switches inside the enclosure are SF fully enclosed structures, no heating is required, and there are no condensation issues; the cable connectors are waterproof and touch-safe, resistant to water immersion. Enclosures with FTU units can be optionally equipped with exhaust ventilation and heaters as needed.

5. The exterior colour can be designed and selected according to user requirements, allowing users to choose colours that blend with the surrounding environment.

6. The enclosure is sealed with high-elasticity sealing strips, achieving dustproof, moisture-proof, and anti-condensation performance. The door is equipped with a specially designed anti-fish door lock.

7. A compact vacuum circuit breaker cabinet can also be installed inside the enclosure.
