Overview
Metal Enclosed Switchgear is designed for 3-10kV three-phase AC 50Hz power systems for efficient power acceptance and distribution, especially suitable for frequent operation scenarios (such as industrial and mining enterprises, substation power distribution systems). Its busbar system supports a single busbar standard configuration and can be expanded to a single busbar with bypass or double busbar structure to meet different power grid topology requirements.


Core Component Configuration
The cabinet complies with GB3906 and IEC298 standards and features comprehensive "five-prevention" interlocking functions to ensure operational safety.
Main Switch
Standard configuration includes the ZN28A-12 series vacuum circuit breaker, with optional configurations such as the ZN63A-12 or ZN28-12 integrated circuit breakers.
Operating Mechanism
Compatible with CD10, CD17A electromagnetic mechanisms or CT198 spring mechanisms, ensuring rapid opening and closing.
Isolation Switch
The main circuit uses the GN30-12 rotary isolation switch, while the bypass system is equipped with the GN19-12 isolation switch, enhancing operational flexibility.

Structural Features
Metal Enclosed Switchgear features a metal-enclosed cabinet structure, with the following primary structural characteristics:
Cabinet Structure: The cabinet frame is constructed from welded structural steel, ensuring durability and reliability. The interior is divided into separate compartments for the circuit breaker, busbar, cable, and relay rooms, with each compartment separated by steel plates to ensure electrical isolation and safety.

Circuit Breaker Compartment
Located at the lower front of the cabinet, it is equipped with an operating mechanism and interlocking mechanism to ensure safe operation. It features a pressure relief channel to prevent high-pressure gas generated by internal arcs from damaging the equipment.
Busbar Compartment
Located at the upper rear of the cabinet, the busbars are supported by high-strength ceramic insulators and arranged in a V-shape to reduce the cabinet height. It is equipped with a voltage monitoring device to monitor the busbar voltage status.
Cable Compartment
Located at the rear lower part of the cabinet, it supports insulators for cable fixation and is equipped with a grounding switch to ensure safe and reliable cable connections.
Relay Compartment
Located at the front upper part of the cabinet, it has mounting plates for installing various relays and other secondary components. The compartment includes terminal block brackets, and the door can accommodate indicator instruments and signal components.
Maintenance and Inspection
The switchgear adopts a dual-sided maintenance design. The front allows for maintenance of secondary components in the relay compartment, maintenance of the operating mechanism, and mechanical interlocking components. The rear allows for maintenance of the main busbar and cable terminals. Each compartment is equipped with maintenance doors for convenient daily maintenance and inspection.
Mechanical Interlocks
To prevent misoperation, the switchgear employs mechanical interlock design, ensuring that all components act in the correct sequence during power-off and power-on operations. This prevents dangerous situations such as operating isolating switches under load, mistakenly opening or closing circuit breakers, or entering live compartments.
